These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the tf555 website and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any content on the Platform, you are expressly agreeing to these Terms.

tf555 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, an updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with a change, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms (where available), the English version shall prevail.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the tf555 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any of the details you have provided change. tf555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify tf555 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. tf555 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

tf555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail for that promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all tf555 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms and must be met within the stated validity period.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each registered player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempts to claim the same bonus via multiple accounts or payment methods will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino games, and crash games may each carry a different contribution rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per selection is ৳500 unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit placed while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• Abuse & Fraud: tf555 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotions is detected.

Seasonal promotions tied to the BPL T20, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) may carry additional specific terms that will be communicated at the time of each promotion. tf555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tf555 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Opening or attempting to open more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity or payment details of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit bonuses, or access the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players, sports participants, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any event offered on the tf555 sportsbook.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes in the Platform to derive an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation may be voided.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tf555 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the account registration or KYC verification process.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy service, or any other technology designed to conceal your true geographic location or identity.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party, or allowing any other person to access or use your tf555 account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tf555, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from bets placed in error or as a result of a misunderstanding of the applicable game or market rules.
• Technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or any interruption to the Platform that prevents you from placing a bet, cashing out, or accessing your account.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in sports data, live scores, or event information displayed on the Platform that are sourced from third-party data providers.
• Any action taken by a third-party payment provider, including transaction delays, refusals, or technical errors during deposit or withdrawal processing.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tf555 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any content on the Platform. tf555 does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available or free from errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tf555's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
